On 11/19/2022, at approximately 1500 hours, I, Idaho State Police (ISP) Detective Brady Walker, along with ISP Detective Gideon Roberts, began a canvass of Conestoga Drive, Colt Road, Shetland Court, Lenter Street, Levick Street, and Lauder Avenue for home security cameras that may have captured footage around the time of the incident. 2. Other investigators had assigned areas in the neighborhood near the crime scene. ISP Detectives Jacob Schweke and Hugh Powell had previously briefly canvassed Conestoga Drive and talked to several occupants with visible doorbell / surveillance cameras. We were provided the addresses of the homes on Conestoga Drive that they contacted. 3. A male who identified himself as ██████ █████ answered the door at ████████████████████ He checked the footage of his Ring camera, and nothing was captured during the morning of 11/13/2022. 4. The residents of ████████████████████ were not home when they attempted contact about their doorbell camera. I contacted the residents of ████████████████████, who identified themselves as █████ and █████ █████████ I reviewed the footage their Ring doorbell camera captured on the morning of 11/13/2022. There were no recorded videos during the early morning hours of 11/13/2022. 5. No other residences on Conestoga Drive had visible cameras (other than where other detectives had previously checked). We attempted contact at ███████████████████ as there were two visible cameras. Nobody answered the door. The occupants of that house later located ISP Detectives Andy Hodl and Matthew Heinle. They had no useful video footage. 6. We contacted the upstairs left apartment at ███████████ █████ with a visible camera over the door. They did not have relevant footage of Levick Street near the relevant timeframe. 7. We attempted contact at the upstairs apartment of ██████████████████ with a Ring doorbell camera. The camera appeared inoperable as it did not light up or sound a ringtone when I rang it. Nobody came to the door. 8. A camera was located on the northeast corner of an apartment building at ███████████████████ This faced Lenter Street. Moscow PD in-house records indicated ███████ █████████ managed the building. When I later contacted the assigned number, I was informed the building was managed by ██████ and █████ ███████ The phone number that was provided was ████████████ I left a voicemail, and █████ ███████ called me back on 11/22/2022 at 1634 hours. She informed me the camera was fake and only placed there as a deterrent. 9. End of report. Report Officer Printed At 3835 / WALKER, BRADY 07/08/2025 14:06 Page 2 of 2
