████████ 2003 Summary Narrative On November 19, 2022, I, Idaho State Police (ISP) Detective (Det.) Joe Lake conducted a search, as part of a lawfully obtained search warrant for 1122 King Road, Moscow, Latah County, Idaho, of ████████████████████
███████████ bedroom. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Tactical Specialist (TS) Carrie Hadaway and other members of the investigation team were present. I collected photographs of the bedroom and identified items which were seized by the crime scene lead, ISP Det. Jeff Talbott.

1. On November 19, 2022, at approximately 2:20 p.m., I searched █████████████████████████████ bedroom with FBI TS Hadaway, while other members of the investigation team including crime scene lead ISP Det. Talbott were present.

2. ████████████ bedroom is the █████████████ located room within the residence. During the time of the quadruple murder, █████████ reported she witnessed the murder suspect, later identified as Bryan C. Kohberger (KOHBERGER), at close proximity while she stood at her bedroom doorway. ISP Forensics Scientist had identified a bloody shoeprint outside of ███████████ bedroom believed to belong to KOHBERGER.

3. Upon entering ███████████ room, I photographed the bedroom with an emphasis upon her wall-hangings and artwork. While conducting a search of her bedroom, the following items were noted and or seized, see ISP Det.

Talbott's evidence forms for seized items:
A. The bedroom had a low amount of alcohol compared to other first and second level bedrooms within the residence. There was a myriad of personal items, notebooks, and textbooks consistent with a college student.

B. Artwork of █████████████ with an emphasis upon the █████████████████ were pinned to corkboards along with ██████████████ from magazines.

C. A letter from ███████████ sorority ████████ ██████ (later confirmed to be █████████████ was in a clear plastic shoe box within the bedroom closet.

D. A ███████████████████ was located on the vanity within the bedroom.

E. A sorority ██████████████████████████ was located in a black backpack which was under the bed.

4. I concluded the bedroom search at approximately 3:50 p.m.
