Counsel has arranged for expert witness Bryan Edelman, Ph.D. to be available via zoom on that date and time.

This motion is made on the grounds that Dr. Edelman is Mr. Kohberger's witness regarding the jury survey conducted in support of the Defense's Motion for Change of Venue, and is a
