COMES NOW, Bryan C. Kohberger, by and through his counsel of record, and with a “ No Objection " from the Latah County Prosecutor's Office, and hereby moves this Court for an Order permitting zoom participation at the motion hearing currently scheduled for April 4, 2024 at
1:30 PM for defense witness Dr. Edelman. Counsel has arranged for expert witness Bryan Edelman, Ph.D. to be available via zoom on that date and time.
