2024 (Motion Hearing Re: Defendant's Motion to Reconsider Orders (Closed) and Motion
Hearing Re: Defendant's Motion to Reconsider Orders and Scheduling Conference (Open)), in the above-titled case.

These hearings were partially closed to the public and the State is requesting the audio recordings from both the open and closed portions to assist with upcoming pretrial motions.

The State has contacted defense counsel who has indicated they have no objection to this motion.
