Proposed Intervenors move the Court for an order continuing the September 1, 2023, hearing date on Defendant Bryan C. Kohberger's Motion to Remove Cameras from the Courtroom. Proposed Intervenors separately are moving to intervene for the limited purpose of opposing Mr. Kohberger's motion. The motion was filed August 24, 2023, with a hearing set eight days later. Although Proposed Intervenors are responding as quickly as they can, counsel for Proposed Intervenors will be out of town on September 1, 2023, for long scheduled travel.¹ Proposed Intervenors also seek additional time to fully respond to Mr. Kohberger's motion.
