COMES NOW the State of Idaho, by and through the Latah County Prosecuting Attorney and hereby moves the Court pursuant to Idaho Court Administrative Rule 32 and Idaho Code §74-124 for an order sealing the Exhibits (S-1, S-1 (a) and S-1 (b) attached to " State's Supplemental Response to Request for Discovery Regarding Expert Testimony ” because release or disclosure would disclose information not known to the public which could interfere with the Court's ability to select a fair and impartial jury.

The State respectfully requests that the Court seal from public disclosure the exhibits attached to “ State's Amended Supplemental Response to Request for Discovery Regarding Expert Testimony ” under the provisions of Idaho Court Administrative Rule 32 (i) (3) (6) and (i) (2) (E) and Idaho Code 74-124 (a) and (b).
