COMES NOW the State of Idaho, by and through the Latah County Prosecuting Attorney and hereby moves the Court pursuant to Idaho Court Administrative Rule 32 and Idaho Code §74-124 for an order sealing the Exhibits (S-1 through S-4) attached to " State's Amended Supplemental Response to Request for Discovery Regarding Expert Testimony. ” This motion is in line with previous sealing request based on the fact that release or disclosure would disclose information not known to the public which could interfere with the Court's

ability to select a fair and impartial jury.

The undersigned has contacted the Defense and they have no objection to this motion.

The State respectfully requests that the Court seal from public disclosure the exhibits attached to “ State's Amended Supplemental Response to Request for Discovery Regarding Expert Testimony " under the provisions of Idaho Court Administrative Rule 32 (i) (3) (6) and (i) (2) (E) and Idaho Code 74-124 (a) and (b).
