EXPERT DISCLOSURE: CHRISTIAN WESTRING EXHIBIT S-1 Anticipated Testimony In light of the reasons set forth in the “ Motion to Amend Witness List and Supplement Expert Disclosures ” filed on June 12, 2025, the State may call Christian Westring, Ph.D., as an expert witness in forensic biology, including DNA analysis, to testify about findings related to DNA found with fingernail clippings from Madison Mogen (Ex. S3-61, S3-67 (ISP Lab Reports 3, 7)). Dr. Westring's anticipated testimony is detailed in his Affidavit, attached hereto, as Exhibit S-1 (a) ¹ and his testimony will also cover his curriculum vitae, attached hereto as Exhibit S-1 (b). 1 Dr. Westring's Affidavit was provided as an attachment to Notice of Filing Supplemental Affidavit in Support of State's Response to Defendant's Motion in Limine # 5 re: Inconclusive Data, filed April 7, 2025.
