Complete copy of the chain of custody of the Acer Laptop (item # 905) and Samsung phone (item # 902) belonging to Bryan C. Kohberger. The State has previously complied with this request as follows: The Acer Laptop is identified as MPD Item 905 and MPD Property Number 24M-1047. Defendant was provided a photographs (Photo Bates 13802 and 13803) depicting the chain of custody for this item on August 16, 2024. The chain of custody for this item is as follows: The Acer laptop was seized from Room K at 119 Lamsden Dr. in Albrightsville, PA on December 30, 2022, by FBI SA Schreier and SA Maslan (FBI Item 7) (Bates 6608). The above item was turned over to SSA Tanzola prior to the conclusion of the search. SA Tanzola transported the item to the Philadelphia Regional Computer Forensic Laboratory (PHRCFL) evidence control room (Bates 6568). On February 11, 2023, SA Tanzola took possession of the above item from the PHRCFL evidence control room (See Bates 6473). This item was hand-delivered to Detective Lawrence Mowery on February 14, 2023, at the Moscow Forensic Lab (Bates 6473). On July 22, 2024, Detective Mowery transferred the above item which was secured in the MPD Forensic Lab and booked the item into evidence with the evidence custodian at MPD (Bates 15775). Bryan Kohberger's Samsung phone is MPD Item 902 and MPD Property Number 24M-1044. Defendant was provided photographs (Photo Bates 13793 and 13794) depicting the chain of custody for this item on August 16, 2024. The chain of custody for this item is as follows: Kohberger's cell phone was seized from Room M at 119 Lamsden Dr. in Albrightsville, PA on December 30, 2022, by FBI SA Schrerer and SA Braun (FBI Item 13) (Bates 6609). The above item was turned over to SSA Tanzola prior to the conclusion of the search. SA Tanzola transported the item to the Philadelphia Regional Computer Forensic Laboratory (PHRCFL) evidence control room (Bates 6568). Copy of image QPH5_1 referenced in FBI report 25-114. (Evidence barcode: 00048355). The State has previously complied with this request. QPH5_1 is the image of Bryan Kohberger's Acer laptop's hard drive. This information was provided on April 4, 2024, on the server provided to defense. It can be found in the following path: " R: \ Computers \ Kohberger Laptop \ IMAGES \ QPH5_1 \ 2022_12_30_14_40_10_21426F466813 " QPH5_1 was also provided as AV000905 on May 14, 2024 (AV000905 / Kohberger Computer Devices / Kohberger Laptop / Images / QPH5_1). FBI PHRCFL Report 25-114 states that an image of the above was provided to the State's subject matter experts. 440. Copy of all the raw data, records, handwritten notes and forms used by Dr. Gage in the evaluation of Bryan Kohberger. The defense is asking that these materials be sent directly to Dr. Rachel Orr. A copy of the raw data from Dr. Gage was requested on May 29, 2025. Dr. Gage sent the raw data directly to Dr. Orr (pursuant to applicable professional ethical standards) on May 30, 2025. The State has requested the balance of this discovery request (i.e. records, handwritten notes and forms used) from Dr. Gage. The State will provide upon receipt.
