COMES NOW the State of Idaho, by and through the Latah County Prosecuting Attorney, and in response to the “ Defendant's Motion for Leave to File Additional Expert Witness Disclosures " dated March 3, 2025, advises Court and Counsel that the State does not oppose the Court granting leave for additional expert witness disclosures. Particularly in this case, discovery has been complicated, dynamic, and constantly evolving as new information comes to light. The State believes it serves the interests of the parties and the Court for there to be reasonable flexibility to facilitate the development and exchange of relevant information to assist the trial jury. The State does, however, dispute the Defendant's allegations regarding “ the State's lack of any real

disclosure in part. ” The Defendant's motion at page 2. As the Court can see from the extensive disclosure by the State, this allegation by the Defendant is anything but accurate.
