COMES NOW the State of Idaho, by and through the Latah County Prosecuting Attorney, and hereby objects to the proposed testimony of Dr. Barbara C. Wolf in support of Defendant's method of execution claim. (See Motion to Strike State's Notice of Intent to Seek Death Penalty on Grounds of Vagueness in Balancing Aggravators and Mitigators.) As the State explained in its response, Defendant's method of execution claim is not ripe for judicial determination (see Objection to Defendant's Motion to Strike State's Notice of Intent to Seek Death Penalty on Grounds of Vagueness in Balancing Aggravators and Mitigators, pp.2-3), which means Dr. Wolf's
