I, Chris Ingalls, declare and state as follows: 1. I am an Investigative Reporter for KING-TV, a division of KING Broadcasting Company. As such, I have personal knowledge of the facts and statements contained in this declaration. 2. I have reported on the murders at the University of Idaho and the arrest and now prosecution of Bryan C. Kohberger. To provide fair and accurate reporting of information that would be valuable to the communities impacted by the murders, I asked Major Christopher Paris of the Pennsylvania State Police whether law enforcement had launched any review of unsolved cases that could be linked to Mr. Kohberger. Major Paris declined to answer my question, stating that he was bound by a gag order issued in this case.
