The Court received multiple requests by various media outlets to video record the change of plea hearing scheduled for Wednesday, July 2, 2025. A live-stream of the proceedings will be provided by the Court on its media streaming account. Therefore, the various requests by media outlets to independently video record the proceedings are denied.

To ensure that quality still images are available from the hearing, the Court will permit a pooled still photographer to be present at the hearing. The Associated Press (AP) having been the first to request still photography access, it will be permitted to provide such coverage as a pooled media resource. The permission to provide such coverage is contingent on the AP agreeing to act as a pooled resource for such photographs for all media entities. The photographer may only take photographs from the location within the courtroom assigned to them by court personnel.

Photographs may not be taken of any victims or members of any family members of the victims inside the courthouse.
