As such, I have personal knowledge of the facts and statements contained in this declaration. 2. Before learning that there would be pool coverage of Mr. Kohberger's arraignment, the Associated Press intended to send two or three representatives to cover the proceeding in person. When the Associated Press learned that there would be pool coverage of the arraignment, it decided to instead send zero representatives to attend the arraignment in person because the Associated Press knew the pool coverage would provide all the information needed to accurately and fairly report on the arraignment.
