The Court having before it the Defendant's Stipulated Motion to file Exhibit B Attached to Defendant's 2nd Supplemental Request for Discovery Under Seal, and after reviewing the Stipulation, weighing the interests in privacy and public disclosure and good cause appearing, now, therefore pursuant to I.C.A.R 32 (i) (2) (D) and (E) and I.C. §74-124 (1) (b) and (c) because
1) the documents contain facts or statements that might threaten or endanger the life or safety of individuals, 2) it is necessary to preserve the right to a fair trial, and 3) disclosure would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant's Exhibit ' B " attached to the Defendant's 2nd Supplemental Request for Discovery shall be filed under seal.
