On June 28, 2023, this Court, based on a stipulation from the parties, entered an Order for Preparation and Release of Transcript and Record of Grand Jury Proceedings with Conditions. The transcript is scheduled to be completed on July 21, 2023. Therefore, based on the Defendant's inability to pay and the parties ' stipulation for preparation of the transcript for Defendant's review, it is ordered that Latah County pay the expense associated with transcribing the grand jury transcript once the transcript is completed. th DATED this 7 day of July 2023.
