IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Indictment on Grounds of Error in Grand Jury Instructions or in the Alternative Remand for Preliminary Hearing shall be reset for October 26th, 2023 at 1:00 PM and shall be open to the public.
