COMES NOW, Bryan C. Kohberger, by and through his attorney, Anne C. Taylor, Public Defender, and pursuant to Idaho Criminal Rule 16 (f) hereby moves the Court to order the State to comply with Defendant's 12th Supplemental Request For Discovery filed with the Court on 3/12/24, Defendant's 13th Supplemental Request for Discovery filed with the Court on 3/18/24

and the Defendant's 14th & 15th Supplemental Requests for Discovery filed with the Court on
3/27/24.

Each of the requested items that are still outstanding, are outlined in the attached Fifth Motion to Compel-Exhibit A, filed under seal with the Court.

Counsel requests that this motion be set for hearing in order to present oral argument, evidence and / or testimony in support thereof. Requested time is one hour.
