Based on the scheduling conference conducted on May 22, 2023, the following briefing deadlines to address the Associated Press, et al.'s Motion to Intervene and Motion to Vacate the Amended Nondissemination Order and to address the Goncalves family's Motion to Amend and / or Clarify Amended Nondissemination Order are set:
(1) Any supplemental opening briefs and material shall be filed and served no later than June 2, 2023. The AP is welcome to also submit an opening brief on cameras in the courtroom.

(2) Response briefs by the State and the Defendant, including addressing the issue of cameras in the courtroom, shall be filed and served no later than June 6, 2023.

(3) Reply briefs, if any, shall be filed and served no later than June 8, 2023.

(4) Oral argument and any evidentiary presentations are scheduled for June 9, 2023. The Court will take up the Goncalves family's Motion to Amend and / or Clarify Amended Nondissemination Order at 10:30 a.m. The Court will then take up the Associated Press, et. al.'s

Both hearings will be conducted in person in Court # 3 of the Latah County Courthouse.
