) Defendant.) On March 22, 2024, the State filed a sealed Motion for Order Prohibiting Further Contact with Prospective Jurors Absent Leave of Court. The same day Defendant Bryan Kohberger filed an Objection to the State's Motion with the promise of a forthcoming affidavit and memorandum in support of the Objection.

Having reviewed the materials submitted, the Court enters the following order:
1) Both parties are prohibited from contacting potential jurors about this case, including via third parties, until further order of this Court.

2) A hearing on this issue will be held as soon as practicable.
