COME NOW the State of Idaho, by and through the Latah County Prosecuting Attorney, and the above-named defendant, by and through his undersigned attorney of record, and hereby stipulate to the Court permitting out of state expert witness, Dr. David Mittelman, to testify via Zoom at the hearing scheduled to commence on January 23, 2025.

WHEREFORE, the parties respectfully pray for the Court's approval and authorization to allow remote testimony by these witnesses.
