COMES NOW the State of Idaho, by and through the Latah County Prosecuting Attorney, and hereby provides notice that the State delivered an amended exhibit list to Defendant on May 13, 2025. Copies of amended exhibits will be hand-delivered to Defendant on May 15, 2025. The State has made the following amendments: (1) added four photographs S1-833 through S-836; (2) redacted S2-1 pursuant to the Court's " Order on State's Motions in Limine Re: Text Messages and 911 Call; " (3) redacted S2-11a pursuant to Court's " Order Memorializing Oral Rulings on Motions in Limine; " (4) removed exhibit S2-29; (5) replaced S3-8 though S3-11 with official copies; (6) amended

S3-49a to reflect only purchases for card ending in 1973; (7) removed S3-56; and (8) added S3-102 through S3-103 (a) and (b).

The State moves the Court pursuant to Idaho Court Administrative Rule 32 (g) (1) and (i) (6) and Idaho Code §74-124 (a) and (b) for an Order Sealing the State's Amended Exhibit List. Pursuant to the Court's October 8, 2024, Order the guilt phase witness list was to be filed under seal. The State motions that the amended exhibit list be filed under seal following the same reasoning.
