Upon arrival SA Hille was given access to the video surveillance system and collected footage from all exterior cameras as well as the entrance / exit cameras for the time period of November 13, 2022 between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. The video surveillance was copied onto a USB drive and was subsequently provided to Detective Lawrence Mowery of the Moscow Police Department for evidentiary storage. FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION 25 certified FBI information system Date of entry 05/01/2023 Through the course of this investigation investigators performed an extensive canvas of Moscow, Idaho (ID) and the surrounding areas, to include Pullman, Washington (WA), Clarkston, WA and Lewiston, ID, for video surveillance which may have been relevant to this investigation. The surveillance which was collected was reviewed by Special Agent (SA) Hille in conjunction with other investigative leads in an attempt to identify and locate a suspect and / or suspect vehicle. Through this surveillance review and a review of other investigative leads a suspect vehicle identified as a 2011 2016 white Hyundai Elantra (hereafter referred to as " Vehicle 1 "). Additionally, a subject was identified as Bryan KOHBERGER. The following is intended to be a summary of the collected surveillance footage, highlighting pertinent sightings, which appear to show vehicles matching the description of Vehicle 1 or sightings of individuals matching The description of KOHBERGER on November 13, 2023.
