SPEAKER_01: I mean, she didn't like smoking weed. SPEAKER_01: It would give her anxiety. SPEAKER_01: K. SPEAKER_01: I feel like cocaine maybe, but not like I don't really see Kaylee going out of her way to find it. SPEAKER_01: I feel like maybe just, like, at parties and stuff that's offered to you, I feel like she would definitely maybe do it. SPEAKER_01: She had, like she's taking, like, two or three classes that she just, like, wanted to take so she could don't know. SPEAKER_01: But she was basically done. SPEAKER_01: She was just working. SPEAKER_01: I know that, like, last year or was it last year? SPEAKER_01: Yes. SPEAKER_01: Last semester. SPEAKER_01: Last year, she was taking her, like, teaching thing, what is called practicum or something like that. SPEAKER_01: But she was doing that, and she was definitely under a lot of stress. SPEAKER_01: So that's, like, the only time I could really see her probably taking a lot of Adderall, but, like, now, probably not. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: How about drinking excessively? SPEAKER_00: It's college. SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: I SPEAKER_00: mean I like to tell people. SPEAKER_00: I I paid for my rent by having keggers. SPEAKER_00: Back then, we used to SPEAKER_01: have keggers. SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_00: That's why paid my rent in college is by having keggers. SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_00: So I get it. SPEAKER_00: But these days, there seems to be a little bit of a difference from when I was in college over thirty years ago. SPEAKER_00: Mhmm. SPEAKER_00: That it's almost like a norm to drink excessively when it wasn't so much then. SPEAKER_00: It was more, you know, alright. SPEAKER_00: We won the game, you know, or whatever, and we had a a rager. SPEAKER_00: Was that a normal thing, though, to kinda drink excessively drink to the point of incapacitation, put it that way? SPEAKER_01: No. SPEAKER_01: She really never drank that much. SPEAKER_01: Like, she would Kaylee, we would have to convince her to go out most days. SPEAKER_01: Like, I'd text her and be like, hey. SPEAKER_01: I haven't seen you in forever. SPEAKER_01: You should come, like, or just, like, things like that. SPEAKER_01: I know she would go to the bars every once in a while, but it she wasn't, like, an avid, like, everyday drinker, like, maybe, like, glass of wine or two, but she was never, like, blacked out to the point where she, like, can't remember things or, like, can't SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_01: Take care of herself. SPEAKER_01: She was very careful. SPEAKER_00: How about some of the roommates? SPEAKER_01: Some of them were. SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's just like I guess, like, Xana was very much like that. SPEAKER_01: At least last year, she was. SPEAKER_01: I think now that she was dating Ethan, she kind of, like, calmed down because they would, like, take care of each other. SPEAKER_01: But I know Xana definitely drank a lot. SPEAKER_01: Maddie was kind of the same as Kaylee, not very often, probably because of her SPEAKER_00: Right. SPEAKER_01: I mean, I guess if you're doing, like, a long distance relationship, I don't think that her boyfriend would be happy with her doing that all the time. SPEAKER_01: That's good point. SPEAKER_01: Her and Kaylee were basically the same. SPEAKER_01: Xana was very outgoing and, like, very funny as well. SPEAKER_01: She was everywhere. SPEAKER_01: Like, literally everyone knew Xana. SPEAKER_01: But I don't know. SPEAKER_01: I got to know them very well. SPEAKER_01: That was kind of she was like she scared me. SPEAKER_01: She was very like, she has, like, the RBF, If you know that resting face. SPEAKER_01: Yes. SPEAKER_01: She has the she has the RBF, which I was just I don't know. SPEAKER_01: But I just really got along with him one night, and I was drunk. SPEAKER_01: And so I was like, that'll be my little. SPEAKER_01: You SPEAKER_00: know? SPEAKER_00: Gotcha.
