CONCLUSIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS:

Results from presumptive chemical tests performed on Items 38, 39, and 40 indicated the presence of blood.

Items 1 and 40 were swabbed for DNA collection.

Items 37.1, 37.2, and 41 through 50 were examined only for the purpose of sampling for DNA analysis.

DISPOSITION OF EVIDENCE:

Items 40.1, 40.2, 40.3, and a portion of Items 1.5, 37.1, 37.2, 38, 39, 40.4, and 41 through 50 were forwarded for DNA analysis. Results will follow in a separate report. All remaining items and have been returned to the main laboratory evidence vault pending DNA analysis.
