Taylor and Jay W.

Logsdon, Kootenai County Public Defender's Office. The Associated Press was represented by Wendy Olson and Cory Carone.

The parties had no objection to the Motion to Intervene for the limited purpose of challenging the Amended Nondissemination Order. Thus, the Motion to Intervene is granted for the limited purpose of allowing The Associated Press to challenge the Amended Nondissemination Order.
