The above named Plaintiff has filed an Ex-Parte Motion for Temporary Restraining Order pursuant to I.R.C.P. 65. The Court has found that sufficient grounds exist for issuing said order.

The Plaintiff has shown by affidavit that she has suffered irreparable injury constituting extreme emotional distress with physical manifestations that may be exacerbated by the continued release of certain content. This order is issued with notice to the Defendant, who had an opportunity to respond to Plaintiff's motion. For the reasons set forth in the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order entered on August 15, 2025, NOW, YOU AND YOUR AGENTS ARE HEREBY PROHIBITED from disclosing any images, audio, or video depicting the inside of Madison Mogen's bedroom.

TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER 1

This Order is issued on August 15, 2025, at 6:45 p.m. PST. The Order expires on August 29, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. PST (which is fourteen days from the issuance of this order) unless an extension is granted or the order is vacated upon further hearing.

A Preliminary Injunction Hearing will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. PST.

The Plaintiff is ordered to post a bond in the amount of $ 0.00 upon entry of this order with the Clerk of Court in conformance with the issuance of this temporary restraining order.
