1. A hearing on the Petition shall be held the 7th day of July, 2025, at 9:00 o'clock a.m., in Courtroom No. 6, Monroe County Courthouse, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.

2. Petitioner shall promptly serve a copy of this Order upon Alison Ackerman, pursuant to Pa. Crim.P. 576 (b).

3. Alison Ackerman shall appear at the hearing to show cause why she should not be compelled to attend and testify in the out-of-state criminal proceeding.
