Petitioner, Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads (" MMWR "), hereby files the instant Agreed Motion for Continuance and respectfully requests that the Ilearing on Petition for Summons for Maggie Sanders currently scheduled for June 30, 2025.
be continued to a date after July 6, 2025.
1. Pursuant to MMWR's Petition for Summons Directing Witness, Maggie Sanders, to Attend and Testify in an Out-of-State Criminal Proceeding, this Honorable Court scheduled a hearing for June 30, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
2. On June 11, 2025, MMWR served the above-referenced Petition and Order of Court on Sanders via certified mail.¹
3. The same day, June 11, 2025. Sanders informed MMWR that she will be out of the country from June 20, 2025, until July 6. 2025.
4. The underlying criminal trial in Idaho is currently scheduled to take place from August 11, 2025, through November 7, 2025.
6. Accordingly, through this Agreed Motion for Continuance. MMWR respectfully requests that the Court reschedule the hearing to the earliest available date after July 6, 2025.
Petitioner shall file a Certificate of Service Immediately upon receipt of the certified-mail return slip.
WHEREFORE, for the reasons stated herein above, MMWR respectfully requests that this Honorable Court continue the Hearing on Petition for Summons for Maggie Sanders to the earliest available date after July 6, 2025.

AND NOW, THIS day of 2025, upon consideration of the Agreed Motion for Continuance of Hearing on Petition for Summons for Maggie Sanders, it is hereby ORDERED that:
1. The Agreed Motion for Continuance of Hearing on Petition for Summons for Maggie Sanders is GRANTED; and
2. The hearing on the Petition for Summons for Maggie Sanders shall be CONTINUED to the day of 2025 at o'clock in Courtroom of the Monroe County Courthouse, 610 Monroe Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
3. Petitioner shall promptly serve a copy of this Order upon Maggie Sanders.
