SPEAKER_00: This is sergeant Hathaway. SPEAKER_01: Hey. SPEAKER_01: How's it going, sir? SPEAKER_00: Hey. SPEAKER_00: How are doing? SPEAKER_01: My name is Just wanna make, like, a statement about the night of Saturday this Saturday. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: What's going on? SPEAKER_01: I'm just friends with Maddie. SPEAKER_01: I was with her at the bar that night, and I forget who I don't know the person we left with, but We left to get a grub truck at, like, two. SPEAKER_01: We were there from, like, two to probably latest 02:30, and then she and the other lady got picked up in a silver sedan. SPEAKER_01: That's my only description I know. SPEAKER_01: And then they went home from there, and I just wanted to let you guys know as far as, like, I knew about her whereabouts. SPEAKER_01: I don't know if that helps with anything. SPEAKER_01: But SPEAKER_00: I mean, yeah, any anything helps. SPEAKER_00: You said you were with them? SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: Was with Maddie at the corner club, and then they wanted to leave Maddie and her friend. SPEAKER_01: I don't recall who her friend was. SPEAKER_01: And I was intoxicated. SPEAKER_01: But then we went to Grub Truck, and then we got picked up from Grub Truck. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_01: That's as far as I knew about her whereabouts that night. SPEAKER_01: Okay. SPEAKER_01: Well Yes. SPEAKER_01: He just got in a in a silver sedan. SPEAKER_00: But you don't know who it was or anything? SPEAKER_01: No. SPEAKER_01: I didn't see who the driver was. SPEAKER_00: And you said your name was SPEAKER_01: Yes, sir. SPEAKER_00: How do you spell your last name? SPEAKER_00: And do have a middle initial? SPEAKER_01: Yes, sir. SPEAKER_00: Date of birth? SPEAKER_00: What's that current address for you? SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: I'm right I'm right down the road at SPEAKER_00: You said? SPEAKER_01: Yes, sir. SPEAKER_00: Is that where you're at SPEAKER_01: now? SPEAKER_01: No. SPEAKER_01: I I drove home this morning. SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay. SPEAKER_00: Boise. SPEAKER_00: Oh, Boise? SPEAKER_01: Where I was just talking to my parents, and I didn't know if I would be helpful or not. SPEAKER_01: And my dad was like, yeah. SPEAKER_01: Anything can maybe help. SPEAKER_01: So SPEAKER_00: And what's a good phone number for you? SPEAKER_01: Yes, sir. SPEAKER_01: It's SPEAKER_00: And where what's the address that you're at now? SPEAKER_01: It's Boise, Idaho. SPEAKER_00: In Boise? SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: Yes. SPEAKER_00: And that's you said that's your parents' place. SPEAKER_00: What's your what are your folks' name? SPEAKER_00: Is there a home phone at that house? SPEAKER_00: Yeah. SPEAKER_00: What is it? SPEAKER_01: You want it? SPEAKER_01: So Yes. SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah. SPEAKER_01: I mean, I think it's like a I don't know how often they use it, but SPEAKER_00: I just wonder SPEAKER_01: I think it's like SPEAKER_00: a So you said Yeah. SPEAKER_00: What was the last four? SPEAKER_01: Yes, sir. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: And you just drove home today? SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: It just seemed like everyone else in my house and a lot of the community was leaving, and I do live right down the road to kind of things unsettling being around. SPEAKER_00: Yeah. SPEAKER_00: No. SPEAKER_00: I get it. SPEAKER_00: Do you have a roommate or anything? SPEAKER_01: No. SPEAKER_01: I live by myself. SPEAKER_00: Gotcha. SPEAKER_00: Well, I'm guessing that one of the folks that is working the case or like a detective or something would probably want to have a conversation with you. SPEAKER_00: Is that something you're good down with doing? SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: I'd love to help if I if I can help anyway. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: What's the best way to get ahold of you? SPEAKER_01: The phone number can work. SPEAKER_01: Call or text, whatever. SPEAKER_00: Your cell phone? SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: How long are you gonna be at your parents' house? SPEAKER_01: I mean, just until we figure out what's going on with school. SPEAKER_01: I mean, just Thanksgiving break and once classes are we have figure out what's going on, classes come back and SPEAKER_00: So you oh, you're you're because there's still there's still school left before Thanksgiving break. SPEAKER_00: Right? SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: But I have a lot of classes that I just don't need to be currently there for. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: So you're not planning on being being in class? SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: I just have stuff I can do my computer. SPEAKER_00: Gotcha. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: Well, I'll just I'll pass on your information. SPEAKER_00: I appreciate you reaching out. SPEAKER_00: And we'll have a detective get ahold of you and try to figure out a time to to take a statement from you. SPEAKER_01: Okay. SPEAKER_01: I appreciate your time. SPEAKER_00: Alright.
