SPEAKER_00: So what's your first name? SPEAKER_01: And what's your known initial, ma'am? SPEAKER_00: And what's a good phone number for you? SPEAKER_00: And what's a good address for you? SPEAKER_00: So you do not live at the office. SPEAKER_00: Right? SPEAKER_00: No. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: So what do you got for me? SPEAKER_02: It was, like, right around noon, maybe just before then. SPEAKER_02: And but called my girlfriend that she thought something was not right in her house, and she heard and saw a man in their house last night. SPEAKER_02: And she wanted us to come over to, like, make sure everything was okay because they just locked themselves in their I think, is what they said. SPEAKER_02: And so I was the first one to get over there. SPEAKER_02: I left pretty quickly because I just wanna make sure, and I got over there. SPEAKER_02: And I walked up the stairs, And I immediately went into Xana's room, which was the only room I went into. SPEAKER_02: I went up the stairs, saw them. SPEAKER_02: We're pretty uncontrollably crying and didn't know what was going on. SPEAKER_02: Sure. SPEAKER_02: And I told them to get out of the house and call the cops. SPEAKER_02: And I went to the kitchen and grabbed a knife from the drawer because I didn't know if someone was still in the house or not. SPEAKER_02: And I grabbed the knife. SPEAKER_02: It's probably still on the the little table they have in the living room area. SPEAKER_02: Downstairs? SPEAKER_02: Like, in the middle, like like, where the kitchen level that level. SPEAKER_02: There's there's, like, a little area there. SPEAKER_02: Yeah. SPEAKER_02: So there's an area. SPEAKER_02: And I put the knife thereafter, but I grabbed the knife. SPEAKER_02: And I went into the room, and I checked, like, the closet and everything to make sure there was no one in there, and it didn't seem like anyone was in there. SPEAKER_02: And then I SPEAKER_00: K. SPEAKER_00: And I SPEAKER_02: and Shoot. SPEAKER_02: I forgot my other guy's name. SPEAKER_02: Sorry. SPEAKER_02: This is just a lot. SPEAKER_02: What's his name? SPEAKER_02: That's his name. SPEAKER_02: All came into the house. SPEAKER_02: They were coming up the stairs, and I told them, get out. SPEAKER_02: They do not wanna come in. SPEAKER_02: They need to get out. SPEAKER_02: And that's when you guys roughly showed up around the scene was when I told them to get out. SPEAKER_00: Get out? SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_02: And then one of the policemen came, and I showed him where I saw them. SPEAKER_02: And he just said, stay where you're at. SPEAKER_02: And I said, okay. SPEAKER_02: And I didn't know if there were any more people upstairs. SPEAKER_02: I didn't go up there. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_02: I just the cops came as soon as SPEAKER_00: What did you go to the last night? SPEAKER_02: No. SPEAKER_02: Okay. SPEAKER_02: I was talking with Ethan. SPEAKER_02: I have texts from him most of the night. SPEAKER_02: We were talking because he wanted me to come, and I didn't really wanna walk all the way over there. SPEAKER_00: Yeah. SPEAKER_00: The text messages, were they just through Messenger? SPEAKER_00: Are they through Just, SPEAKER_02: yeah, normal message. SPEAKER_02: Yeah. SPEAKER_02: IMessage or whatever. SPEAKER_00: You got your phone on me? SPEAKER_02: No. SPEAKER_02: I can go grab it, though. SPEAKER_00: Where is it? SPEAKER_02: It's just in there. SPEAKER_00: I'll have to do that in just a sec. SPEAKER_00: So how do you know Ethan? SPEAKER_02: I met him during Rush in college. SPEAKER_02: It's where he, like, tried to go into a house. SPEAKER_00: Is Ethan part of a Yeah. SPEAKER_00: He is. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_02: Yeah. SPEAKER_02: And I met him there during Rush, and I've known him ever since the fall of last year. SPEAKER_02: Okay. SPEAKER_00: Are you in a fraternity now? SPEAKER_02: I I'm a grad student. SPEAKER_02: I've I don't live in the house anymore, but I was in SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: Is that what they call whatever it was? SPEAKER_00: Alright. SPEAKER_00: Yep. SPEAKER_00: Basically says that there was somebody in the house. SPEAKER_00: She tells you, so you head over to the place. SPEAKER_02: Yeah. SPEAKER_02: It was on speakerphone. SPEAKER_02: So me heard it, and we all kinda got up, and we're gonna go check on them. SPEAKER_00: The same Sorority. SPEAKER_00: Sorority? SPEAKER_00: Is that how they know each other? SPEAKER_02: Yeah. SPEAKER_02: They're also roommates. SPEAKER_02: Okay. SPEAKER_00: And where's Is he just SPEAKER_02: He's in a different he's in a fraternity. SPEAKER_02: But he is, like, seeing right now. SPEAKER_02: So he was just staying he stayed the night over at their apartment. SPEAKER_02: I stayed there, and she stayed there. SPEAKER_02: So I was in her room. SPEAKER_02: He was in her room. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: What time? SPEAKER_02: So SPEAKER_00: I'm trying to figure out who's coming out. SPEAKER_00: Did not go to the party last night. SPEAKER_00: Right? SPEAKER_00: No. SPEAKER_00: That was that was the one I'm thinking of. SPEAKER_00: There was another ball valve being there that was coming out. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: So you and your go to the party? SPEAKER_00: Nope. SPEAKER_00: Then other than you walked up the stairs, was SPEAKER_02: When I walked into the house and, like, entered the code to get into the house, they were in which is on the very bottom floor, like, right next to the To the front. SPEAKER_02: Right? SPEAKER_02: Yeah. SPEAKER_02: And they heard me come in, and they, like, were like, oh my god. SPEAKER_02: Oh my god. SPEAKER_02: And I was like, it's just what's going on? SPEAKER_02: Okay. SPEAKER_02: That's when I walked upstairs, and they're like, I don't we don't know what's going on. SPEAKER_02: And I checked it out. SPEAKER_02: And SPEAKER_00: How'd you get the code to the door? SPEAKER_02: I we just know it because we're all friends. SPEAKER_02: Okay. SPEAKER_00: When was the last time that you were over at SPEAKER_02: last time before today was SPEAKER_00: Yesterday. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: And what were you doing over there yesterday? SPEAKER_02: We were predaming the football game for the Finals. SPEAKER_02: Gotcha. SPEAKER_02: Was anybody there? SPEAKER_02: Nope. SPEAKER_02: She was at work at the football game. SPEAKER_00: What time did you get to you guys left at Gametime to get some What time did we get there? SPEAKER_00: Yeah. SPEAKER_02: I would say it was roughly either noon or one. SPEAKER_02: K. SPEAKER_02: Like, somewhere around there. SPEAKER_00: And what time did you guys leave? SPEAKER_02: We left their house and went to a different apartment at the Whitesides. SPEAKER_02: I would say roughly, like, 02:30. SPEAKER_02: And then everyone left, and there was no one there. SPEAKER_02: Okay. SPEAKER_02: We all left together. SPEAKER_00: Oh, so last time you were there was 02:30? SPEAKER_00: Mhmm. SPEAKER_00: When was the last time you there? SPEAKER_02: The night before. SPEAKER_02: K. SPEAKER_02: I walk in, and then I looked into Zan's room because the door was, like, somewhat open. SPEAKER_02: Okay. SPEAKER_02: And then I, like, opened it, and then I saw that, and I told them to get out and call the cops. SPEAKER_02: K. SPEAKER_02: Because it seemed they'll because I didn't know what I was seeing. SPEAKER_02: Like, in like, the And then I told them to SPEAKER_00: Get out. SPEAKER_00: Get out. SPEAKER_00: Right. SPEAKER_00: Anybody that you know that has it out or has a problem with Nathan Ethan and Zama? SPEAKER_00: How long have they been dating? SPEAKER_00: Do you know? SPEAKER_00: Has it been a while? SPEAKER_02: Yeah. SPEAKER_02: They've been dating for a little bit. SPEAKER_02: Okay. SPEAKER_02: I wanna say they've been dating they were dating for, like, I would say, eight months SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: Probably. SPEAKER_00: No problem with Jenna's ex or with Mm-mm. SPEAKER_00: Ethan have an ex? SPEAKER_02: He did, but she doesn't go here. SPEAKER_02: Okay. SPEAKER_00: She never had anyone. SPEAKER_00: K. SPEAKER_02: I knew Xana very well just because we were all friends. SPEAKER_02: Yeah. SPEAKER_02: And we were all friends together, and friends with Xana for a long time. SPEAKER_02: Maddie, I, like, could be acquaintances with. SPEAKER_02: I didn't really, like, know her that well. SPEAKER_02: I just saw her at her house every once in while and say hi and have conversations with her. SPEAKER_02: Okay. SPEAKER_02: But I didn't really know her super well. SPEAKER_02: Like, I knew Ethan and Santa. SPEAKER_02: Right. SPEAKER_02: And then Kylie, I didn't know really at all. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: We're around seeing you things. SPEAKER_00: This was Can I go back a little bit? SPEAKER_00: Sure. SPEAKER_00: You go ahead. SPEAKER_00: That's the afternoon. SPEAKER_00: So that's him trying to get you to go to the party? SPEAKER_00: What is that him to get me up to? SPEAKER_02: This part right here was to go to the pregame at Santa the Senior House. SPEAKER_02: Gotcha. SPEAKER_02: This was the pregame, and then this was I was asking you about that party that night. SPEAKER_02: Right. SPEAKER_00: And I'm just gonna grab SPEAKER_02: I need his contact info. SPEAKER_02: Yeah. SPEAKER_02: Yeah. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: Anything else you can think of? SPEAKER_00: Anything that maybe talking about over the last couple weeks that maybe you've bothering them? SPEAKER_00: Or SPEAKER_02: No. SPEAKER_02: I can't think of anything, honestly. SPEAKER_02: Okay. SPEAKER_00: Who else? SPEAKER_00: I I don't know anybody out there, so it's kinda weird for me to say, hey. SPEAKER_00: No. SPEAKER_00: Just take the next number. SPEAKER_00: You know, 74 now, whatever it is, because it's kinda gay. SPEAKER_00: What who else out there should I talk to sooner than others that I didn't get to meet with them on their way and go to their You already talked to SPEAKER_02: Right? SPEAKER_02: I don't think he would be much help, but you could talk to him if you wanted to. SPEAKER_02: But also didn't go into the house, really. SPEAKER_02: Like, I told them to get out as soon as they got in. SPEAKER_02: He's walking up the stairs, I told her to get out. SPEAKER_02: I'm the one I'm the only one that I know saw anything. SPEAKER_02: Okay. SPEAKER_02: Like, the police. SPEAKER_02: Right. SPEAKER_02: I don't think them saw it because they were too scared to, like, go check it out. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: Obviously, if there's anything that comes up, pops up, you know, with a it's kind of an event like this that's traumatic, A lot of times, things will just kinda get tossed around or whatever. SPEAKER_00: Regardless of what it is, sometimes you'll just be staring at some french fries and something will come back in. SPEAKER_00: K.
