SPEAKER_01: Never had any problems with them.
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
SPEAKER_00: And so earlier, you had talked about a a key card.
SPEAKER_00: Can you tell me kinda tell me about that when you first heard of it?
SPEAKER_01: When I first well, I remember the I remember that day I had I came in and asked what those spare key cards were for, and I remember who was working right then.
SPEAKER_01: They said I guess had left them for some reason if they can't pick them up.
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
SPEAKER_00: So Was there any And then Go ahead.
SPEAKER_00: Sorry.
SPEAKER_01: It was just a couple of days ago that was talking about it and we found the well, they they found the old registration card for mister Covert.
SPEAKER_01: And then that was when we they realized that the spare set of keys were left for Madison or and then they got to talking about it because she has, like, a niece or something named Maddie.
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
SPEAKER_01: So I don't I don't know if there's a matter of cameras don't go back that far.
SPEAKER_01: So
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: So you remember seeing some spare keys that day you came in.
SPEAKER_00: Do you remember was there anything written on those keys, any identification attached with them to, you know, identify who they were for?
SPEAKER_01: I I don't remember.
SPEAKER_01: Usually, when somebody comes in and asks for spare keys, we we ask them to show us the ID and everything.
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
SPEAKER_01: And it's written in the reservation on our system that somebody is gonna pick up some spare Okay.
SPEAKER_00: Was there anything in this That's how it usually that's how it usually goes?
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
SPEAKER_00: And and in this case, there had any of that been done?
SPEAKER_01: I don't think so.
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
SPEAKER_01: It's usually that way, but sometimes we just tell the next person coming on shift that this person left these cases for some such and such person.
SPEAKER_01: So sometimes it's just word-of-mouth.
SPEAKER_01: Sometimes it's written in the reservation.
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
SPEAKER_01: Alright.
SPEAKER_00: Let me think.
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
SPEAKER_02: Was there a this is detective Schwecky, just so you're aware.
SPEAKER_02: Was there any special instructions given to you about those keys, or did you just notice that the keys were there?
SPEAKER_01: I just noticed that the keys were there.
SPEAKER_01: Once they check out, the the any special instructions kinda are null and void.
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
SPEAKER_01: So it I guess he was only there for the one night, so he'd already checked out.

SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
SPEAKER_01: Alright.

SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
SPEAKER_00: So you said you do work at the front desk sometimes?
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_01: Now I'm only front desk in my audit.
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
SPEAKER_01: Back then, I don't know if maintenance yet or not.
SPEAKER_01: I don't think I was maintenance then.
SPEAKER_01: So Okay.
SPEAKER_01: I may have been.
SPEAKER_00: Well, let me ask you real quick.
SPEAKER_00: Someone comes in to, you know, fills out the registration card, what kind of information do you do they provide on there?
SPEAKER_01: Usual what we usually do is we we ask for their ID.
SPEAKER_01: K.
SPEAKER_01: And in our in the system, in our computer systems, we we put the address and everything, and then we get a credit card and put that information and all that stuff.
SPEAKER_01: So we get their their address the name, address, and at least their phone number, sometimes an email address as well.
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
SPEAKER_01: And then Yeah.
SPEAKER_01: The name, address Okay.
SPEAKER_01: Required.
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
SPEAKER_00: And then do they provide any other information?
SPEAKER_00: Do they sign it?
SPEAKER_00: Or
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_01: They usually sign it.
SPEAKER_01: We noticed that he actually signed it in his dad's name because, guess, he used his dad's credit card.
SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_00: Gotcha.
SPEAKER_00: Do do people have to provide their vehicle information at all?
SPEAKER_01: No.
SPEAKER_01: We only ask for the make, model, and color.
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
SPEAKER_01: And I think well, I don't remember if that was on there or not.
SPEAKER_00: Do they write that down or does does that be one of you guys?
SPEAKER_01: They write it down.
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
SPEAKER_01: We just ask them to write it down.
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
SPEAKER_00: Alright.
SPEAKER_00: Do they put the license plate on there at all?
SPEAKER_00: Or
SPEAKER_01: No.
SPEAKER_01: They don't have to because, I mean, we don't really the only reason that's on there is if, like, the we had lights on or the windows done or something like that or if the defendant have been there.
SPEAKER_01: I mean, just if anything like that happens, call the room and let them know about it.
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
SPEAKER_00: Perfect.
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
SPEAKER_01: Alright.
SPEAKER_00: Anything else?
