SPEAKER_01: I dropped off some food at my friend who's working at the corner club. SPEAKER_01: And then I went home and met up with my friends, and then we went to the corner club as a group. SPEAKER_01: How did you guys get to the club? SPEAKER_01: Probably close to eleven. SPEAKER_01: K. SPEAKER_00: What anything kinda talking through the rest of your evening there? SPEAKER_00: You guys just hang out? SPEAKER_00: Or SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: We'd hung out there, and then I actually did run into Kaylee at the corner club. SPEAKER_01: So they hired her, talked to her for probably a minute or so. SPEAKER_01: And then eventually, I don't know if she left before or after me, but I left. SPEAKER_01: I came back home, pretty much just went to bed, and then I woke up. SPEAKER_01: And I saw a bunch of commotion down the street, and I walked out there just to see what was going on, and I kinda heard some things. SPEAKER_01: But I later looked on my phone and found, um, like, six missed calls from Kayla and three from Maddie as well. SPEAKER_00: Sorry to interrupt you, man. SPEAKER_00: So you guys what time did you leave the court close? SPEAKER_01: Probably about one. SPEAKER_01: Well, that's I don't really know that I was in taking that time. SPEAKER_00: Oh, sorry. SPEAKER_00: When you juke went straight home after that, do you guys stop and SPEAKER_01: get grub truck, anyone get? SPEAKER_01: No. SPEAKER_01: Straight home. SPEAKER_01: Straight home. SPEAKER_01: Our sober driver was actually stopped by the officers. SPEAKER_00: Oh, really? SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_01: I got two of them on the phone when I got walked out of my room, but I don't know who else is there. SPEAKER_01: Okay. SPEAKER_00: Who are your roommates? SPEAKER_01: There's five. SPEAKER_00: Um, so you said you woke up 11:30 and saw a commotion. SPEAKER_00: What can you kinda describe that to SPEAKER_01: My roommate's window in his bedroom can just see, like, down the street, and he, like, mentioned it, and I got up and looked. SPEAKER_01: And I saw it was up by Kaylee's house and sort of walked out there. SPEAKER_01: Was it, like, people or cop cars? SPEAKER_01: Or Yeah. SPEAKER_01: I mean, there's, like, three cop cars and then some EMTs and stuff. SPEAKER_01: Okay. SPEAKER_00: And you said that was about 11:30? SPEAKER_00: Yeah. SPEAKER_00: K. SPEAKER_00: Do you remember what time he said you went back and checked your phone? SPEAKER_00: Do you kinda remember, like, you said that missed calls from Kaylee? SPEAKER_00: Do remember what time those came in by chance? SPEAKER_00: Yeah. SPEAKER_00: They were, SPEAKER_01: like, between 02:40 and three. SPEAKER_01: And before last time, it was, like, 02:57. SPEAKER_01: One of them was also a FaceTime. SPEAKER_01: How many of them were there today? SPEAKER_01: I think there's six from Caleb and three from Maddie. SPEAKER_01: And I don't like Maddie. SPEAKER_01: I've known her forever, but she she wouldn't just call me unless they needed something. SPEAKER_01: So that was weird to me. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: You said the last one was, like, 0247, you said? SPEAKER_00: 1 that? SPEAKER_01: 57. SPEAKER_01: 257. SPEAKER_00: No text messages from SPEAKER_01: either one? SPEAKER_01: Actually, I don't know how she got my mobile vape, but she texted me, like, 245 and she said, hey. SPEAKER_01: I have your vape. SPEAKER_01: You can come get it from my house. SPEAKER_01: Okay. SPEAKER_01: I didn't see that till the morning. SPEAKER_00: And that's Kaylee? SPEAKER_00: Yeah. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: So I know you say you're sleeping, obviously, most of the night, but at any point, did anybody mention hearing, seeing anything out of the ordinary? SPEAKER_00: You run my mouth at the letter, heard. SPEAKER_00: Nothing. SPEAKER_00: No. SPEAKER_00: K. SPEAKER_00: Did you hear or see anything out of the ordinary? SPEAKER_00: Have you noticed anybody around, like, in your group of friends or even just in the neighborhood that you're like, well, that's kinda or gal is kinda off looking. SPEAKER_00: Anybody stick out like that to you in the last months, few months school started? SPEAKER_01: One day there's this, like, old minivan that was just, like, kind of backing up up in, like, up our street and back down. SPEAKER_01: Mhmm. SPEAKER_01: It just looked weird. SPEAKER_01: I took a picture of it. SPEAKER_01: Oh, is it? SPEAKER_01: Okay. SPEAKER_01: Just but never thought of anything of it, and that's probably a month or two ago. SPEAKER_01: She, like, pulled up and then, like, backed down and then was just sitting there forever. SPEAKER_01: I might just be stereotyping. SPEAKER_01: You're good. SPEAKER_01: It's kind of stuff we SPEAKER_00: need to know for sure. SPEAKER_00: What color was it? SPEAKER_00: Do you remember? SPEAKER_00: I think it was like a like a dark gold. SPEAKER_01: So that was kind of my theory of what miss calls it from, but I still don't know what happened at all. SPEAKER_00: How often did she do that? SPEAKER_00: You know, any rivalries, any boyfriend, girlfriend drama that's gotten out of hand, anything like that? SPEAKER_01: No. SPEAKER_01: Not really. SPEAKER_01: I was gonna mention, I'm sure this is something that they could tell you too, but there's a lot of, like, people just coming in and out of their house all the time. SPEAKER_01: Those guys, like, you know, they're well liked people and I think more than more people near the toe to their door than they should have. SPEAKER_01: But yeah. SPEAKER_01: No. SPEAKER_01: But it's anything like that. SPEAKER_01: Were they pretty good about locking their other doors? SPEAKER_01: I believe so. SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: I don't know. SPEAKER_01: I know there's a sliding glass door in the back. SPEAKER_01: I don't know if they keep that locked all the time. SPEAKER_01: I also own a dog with Kaylee, and I don't know where he is. SPEAKER_01: I heard that someone saw, like, a shadow when they took Murph I don't know who it was, but took Murphy to go pee outside before they went to SPEAKER_00: bed. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_01: That's just what I heard from all the girls that was there. SPEAKER_00: Who said that to you? SPEAKER_00: Did she describe it all, or did she say she saw like, what what did she actually tell you? SPEAKER_00: Do you remember? SPEAKER_01: Uh, I just overheard that conversation with someone else, but she said that I don't know if it's Kaylee or her, but because it wasn't even part of the conversation. SPEAKER_01: But she said there was a shadow, and they grabbed Murphy in one side and locked the door. SPEAKER_01: I never thought of anything about it. SPEAKER_01: Dog's name is Murphyston? SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: Do you know where he is or someone has SPEAKER_00: no idea, man. SPEAKER_00: I really don't. SPEAKER_00: Well, we'll keep an eye out for him. SPEAKER_00: Was there ever anybody that, like, hit on her at the bars or was texting her a lot or anything like that that would be seemed kinda out of the ordinary to you? SPEAKER_01: An anesthetist takes up one. SPEAKER_01: K. SPEAKER_01: Who who is it? SPEAKER_01: This is the man. SPEAKER_01: How does he spell his last name? SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: I think I think I don't think he was, that just acutely. SPEAKER_01: I think he's just, like, kinda guy. SPEAKER_01: He's just real flirtatious. SPEAKER_00: Would he, like, text her, call her, or, SPEAKER_01: I I just saw his Snapchat on her phone. SPEAKER_01: Okay. SPEAKER_01: Gotcha. SPEAKER_01: She comes. SPEAKER_00: She she would show me. SPEAKER_00: Did anybody ever tell you anything about stalking anyone aside from, obviously, Kaylee saying she, you know, like, would call you on occasion when she walks home. SPEAKER_00: Anything you can think of where someone might have told you, hey. SPEAKER_00: Like, this dude or this person, know, won't stop talking to me or looks at me funny in the comments or whatever. SPEAKER_00: Anything like that you can think of?
