1. On December 5th, 2022 Idaho State Police (ISP) detectives conducted an interview with ██████ ████████
regarding information about the homicides in Moscow. The interview was conducted at his residence located at
███████████████████████, Eagle, Ada County. Detective Sergeant R. Hoxie and I were present for the interview.

3. At approximately 1:30 P.M, he went to ██████ ███████ apartment. (referred to as, ██████████

4. He was there for approximately 5 hours.

5. Towards the end of his stay at ███████ apartment, most people had left to go the football game. There were about 20 people still there before he left.

6. He walked back to the ████ house at approximately 6: 30-7: 00 Ρ.Μ.

7. At approximately 12:30 A.M., he went to the ████ fraternity. He left there around 4:15 A.M.

8. He was back at the ████ house and fell asleep around 5:00 A.M.

9. Of the victims he knew Xana and Ethan.

10. He had been to Xana's apartment more times than he could recall over the last year or 2.

11. He was at Xana's apartment the weekend before the homicides.

12. The last time he saw Xana and her roommates was at the ████████ (specifically ███████ apartment) around 3: 00-5: 00 Ρ.Μ.
