Xana Alexia Kernodle was a twenty-year-old college student and sorority member who was one of the four victims in the homicides at 1122 King Road in Moscow, Idaho. Originally from Post Falls, she was a student at the University of Idaho and a member of the Pi Beta Phi organization, through which she met friends including Madison Mogen. At the time of the events, Kernodle resided at the King Road residence and was the partner of Ethan Chapin. Kernodle became central to the multi-victim homicide investigation after she, along with Ethan Chapin, Madison Mogen, and Kaylee Goncalves, was killed at the King Road residence. Bryan C. Kohberger was subsequently arrested and charged with the murders of Kernodle and the other three victims, leading to ongoing legal proceedings involving witnesses identified for the upcoming trial.
