SPEAKER_00: The day of the game. SPEAKER_00: What time did you get up on the twelfth? SPEAKER_01: I don't even know. SPEAKER_01: We had formal, and we had a little party on Friday. SPEAKER_01: So, obviously, a lot of us were pretty drunk that night. SPEAKER_01: I don't remember exactly when I woke up. SPEAKER_01: We started drinking champagne right off the bat. SPEAKER_00: Tell me what formal is. SPEAKER_01: The SPEAKER_00: So like a ball? SPEAKER_01: Kind of like that. SPEAKER_01: I me and my friend and I'm not going to formal. SPEAKER_01: We went house and then just came back home and, like, kept drinking and partying at my house. SPEAKER_01: And then it was, like, more of a smaller party. SPEAKER_01: It was people that we were closer to, just mostly not like everyone else. SPEAKER_00: They came to your house? SPEAKER_00: Yeah. SPEAKER_00: Who was in your house in that that night? SPEAKER_00: On the SPEAKER_01: night of SPEAKER_00: the on the Friday night, you're sitting there for SPEAKER_01: the night? SPEAKER_01: All the roommates, Ethan and my friend and her I guess, boyfriend was in there. SPEAKER_01: And her boyfriend They brought and I believe I guess brought her friend. SPEAKER_01: It was, like, all of our our friends and their dates. SPEAKER_00: You knew everyone that was there? SPEAKER_01: Yes. SPEAKER_01: They're most all of them are except for the dates. SPEAKER_01: There was a few freshmen there. SPEAKER_01: I believe it and they had their dates. SPEAKER_01: I don't remember who they were. SPEAKER_01: They were of some sort. SPEAKER_01: Meaning? SPEAKER_01: A fraternity. SPEAKER_02: Yes. SPEAKER_02: That's what I SPEAKER_00: was gonna say. SPEAKER_00: Not from cultural. SPEAKER_00: No. SPEAKER_00: Just gotta clarify. SPEAKER_00: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: I'm trying to think of who else. SPEAKER_01: Oh, we had our friend. SPEAKER_01: I don't think she brought a date and then brought her date. SPEAKER_01: And then I believe that was all. SPEAKER_01: What's your first name? SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: Well, guess you could say. SPEAKER_01: And Yeah. SPEAKER_00: How long did the party go from the eleventh to the twelfth? SPEAKER_01: We started, I believe, around 04:30. SPEAKER_01: Some of us so when you have a formal, you have a sober hour. SPEAKER_01: All the we're wanting to go, we got a ride from a sober person at 07:20. SPEAKER_01: We had to be at the house before 07:30. SPEAKER_01: We were at for, I would say, maybe thirty, forty minutes, and then Yeah. SPEAKER_01: Kaylee was my date with me, so she came with me. SPEAKER_01: We decided we wanna go home. SPEAKER_01: So Maddie, Mogan, she got me and Kay an Uber. SPEAKER_01: We came home. SPEAKER_01: Do you know SPEAKER_02: who the Uber was? SPEAKER_01: No. SPEAKER_01: I don't remember. SPEAKER_01: And then and her date and then and her date got a ride from another Uber home, I believe, or Sobro. SPEAKER_01: I can't remember exactly. SPEAKER_01: I would say that was around 07:30, around eight to 08:10 twenty ish on Friday. SPEAKER_00: I wanna I wanna clarify something so you know. SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh. SPEAKER_00: If there's alcohol going on, use any type of drug use, that's not why we're here. SPEAKER_00: Yeah. SPEAKER_00: I know. SPEAKER_00: That's what Robin told me. SPEAKER_00: Yeah. SPEAKER_00: Well, that's not our focus. SPEAKER_00: We need to figure out who did this to your roommates Yeah. SPEAKER_00: And forever changed your life. SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: I know. SPEAKER_01: And obviously, we're obviously we were all very drunk. SPEAKER_00: So you get the ride home from the Uber around 08:30? SPEAKER_01: I would say so. SPEAKER_01: Maybe a little bit earlier than that. SPEAKER_01: I think it was, like, right around 08:30 because that was everyone was leaving to go SPEAKER_00: to the formal. SPEAKER_00: Have you ever used this Uber driver before? SPEAKER_01: I don't remember. SPEAKER_01: I think oh, it was then, yeah. SPEAKER_01: I think I believe. SPEAKER_01: Yes. SPEAKER_01: Because an Uber driver, we know pretty well. SPEAKER_01: We have his number. SPEAKER_01: Super nice guy. SPEAKER_01: I don't know for sure if the Uber that we got that night was the same guy, but we just usually would trust Ubers. SPEAKER_00: So that night it wasn't SPEAKER_01: I don't fully remember. SPEAKER_01: I sorry. SPEAKER_01: I was intoxicated. SPEAKER_01: I don't fully remember that. SPEAKER_00: No. SPEAKER_00: You're okay. SPEAKER_00: Can I ask you? SPEAKER_00: Because I do and I have to ask how much consumption so we can understand her statements from from the perspective of consumption. SPEAKER_00: Are you okay with that? SPEAKER_00: Absolutely. SPEAKER_03: I explained all that to her, and she's ready to go. SPEAKER_00: Okay. SPEAKER_00: So Friday night maybe isn't as important as Saturday night, but what happens what happens Saturday? SPEAKER_00: What what time does the party end on Saturday? SPEAKER_01: On Friday, you mean? SPEAKER_00: Friday to Saturday morning. SPEAKER_00: Think it ended SPEAKER_01: Saturday morning. SPEAKER_00: Probably didn't end at midnight. SPEAKER_00: Right? SPEAKER_01: I don't I don't even really remember exactly. SPEAKER_01: I'm trying to, like, rethink of what happened, but I can't even think about Friday night, really. SPEAKER_00: Well, this is why why we're asking. SPEAKER_00: Do you care SPEAKER_01: if I look at my phone to see? SPEAKER_00: Because I I have probably videos or somewhat. SPEAKER_00: Why we're asking too is maybe there's something someone you met or some path you crossed Friday into Saturday that resulted in what happened on Sunday. SPEAKER_00: That's why we're walking you back. SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: Okay. SPEAKER_01: So I believe we got home and we went over to the Whites. SPEAKER_01: Xana and Matt were there. SPEAKER_01: They I I think it was White's apartment. SPEAKER_01: We were there for a little bit. SPEAKER_01: I decided to leave. SPEAKER_01: I don't I think was in a room. SPEAKER_01: I can't fully remember. SPEAKER_01: It was just me, Maddie, and Xana at the White's apartment, and I just didn't feel like being there. SPEAKER_01: So I walked home. SPEAKER_01: And were at my house. SPEAKER_01: They were playing music, and it was just us four for the rest of the night. SPEAKER_01: And I believe I went from what my picture I saw, I went to home around twelve I mean, I went to bed around twelve, 12:10 because I'm in my bed at 12:15 in that picture. SPEAKER_00: Who was in the house on Friday to Saturday again? SPEAKER_01: And me. SPEAKER_00: And how do you spell SPEAKER_01: Oh, yes. SPEAKER_01: I believe. SPEAKER_00: Thank you. SPEAKER_01: And then I don't I remember Maddie coming home at some point. SPEAKER_01: I don't remember when. SPEAKER_01: I don't remember where Kaylee was. SPEAKER_01: She was in either in her room or at the club. SPEAKER_01: I don't remember talking to her much after we got home. SPEAKER_00: But you were in bed by 12:30? SPEAKER_01: Yes. SPEAKER_01: At at latest 12:30. SPEAKER_01: I I think so. SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna guess. SPEAKER_00: On Saturday when you may have awakened? SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna set up my phone again. SPEAKER_01: Sorry. SPEAKER_01: I don't know exactly when we woke up, but I know we got up at around I can have a I have a picture of me and Xana and Maddie and Kaylee were going to get coffee and going to the store to go get more alcohol, and that's at 12:15 from my photo on my phone. SPEAKER_01: I don't remember exactly when I woke up. SPEAKER_00: Is that on on Saturday? SPEAKER_00: Saturday SPEAKER_01: afternoon, I guess, could say. SPEAKER_00: Is the picture at your house? SPEAKER_01: No. SPEAKER_01: It's in the car. SPEAKER_01: I mean, have a video of Xana in the car. SPEAKER_01: That's at 11:44, I guess. SPEAKER_01: So I guess it was earlier than that. SPEAKER_01: And that's us in the car. SPEAKER_01: She had just gotten Starbucks, and then we were on the store to get more alcohol. SPEAKER_01: I believe after that is when we started we had a few bottles of champagne left from parents weekend, so we were trying to drink that. SPEAKER_01: Kaylee was a she had some good friends at the White's apartment who were having, like, a little I wouldn't it was like a day drive, I guess. SPEAKER_01: They had, like, a 100 beers in this little mini inflatable pool thing, but, obviously, it wasn't filled with water. SPEAKER_01: And a lot of people showed up there, and it was it was good. SPEAKER_01: Like, it was we took pictures. SPEAKER_01: That's that day, that picture that's going around. SPEAKER_01: We were all really happy. SPEAKER_01: Like, it was a great day. SPEAKER_01: Like, nothing weird at all. SPEAKER_01: Nothing bad at all. SPEAKER_00: What were the plans for Saturday night? SPEAKER_01: There was a lodge party, which is that's where we went to later that night. SPEAKER_01: That was the main plan. SPEAKER_01: It was like, okay. SPEAKER_01: For you tonight. SPEAKER_01: Like, those are the most those are known as the most fun parties, which is like you you wanna go to all those pretty much. SPEAKER_00: And you're all of you were going? SPEAKER_00: All the roommates were going? SPEAKER_01: Kaylee wasn't thinking so. SPEAKER_01: Usually, when you're a senior, you tend to go to the clubs more than the fraternity parties. SPEAKER_01: That's just, like, the nature of it. SPEAKER_01: Maddie was she did go with us for a little bit, but ended up going home to go with Kaylee to the club. SPEAKER_00: What time do you think Maddie left you to go from your function to the club with Kaylee? SPEAKER_01: So I have a assignment that I turned in right before I left to go somewhere. SPEAKER_01: So pretty much Saturday night, we got home from the white department. SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna guess around five, 05:30 again. SPEAKER_01: I don't fully remember. SPEAKER_01: Like, again, we were drinking that day too. SPEAKER_01: Like, I just had champagne. SPEAKER_01: Like, I had three or like, probably around three drinks, seltzers. SPEAKER_01: We made food. SPEAKER_01: I know I made me and Keely made pasta and Xana made the sandwich. SPEAKER_01: Xana, me all of us were mates. SPEAKER_01: So Xana, me, Kaylee, Maddie were all together. SPEAKER_01: Kaylee decided to go take a nap and then we were me, Xana, Maddie were on the couch watching a show. SPEAKER_01: I don't know if we were fully watching a show, but we were eating, talking, and we all decided we're gonna take a nap. SPEAKER_01: I took a nap on the living room couch. SPEAKER_01: Maddie went to her room, Dana went to her room, and went to her room. SPEAKER_01: I don't remember when Ethan came around. SPEAKER_01: I can't fully remember. SPEAKER_01: Might have been months after we all woke up. SPEAKER_01: We all set a timer at 8PM to wake up together. SPEAKER_01: They all were getting ready to go out. SPEAKER_01: I'm pretty sure Ethan came over when we all woke up. SPEAKER_01: I had to finish some psych homework, and I can look at when I turned it in. SPEAKER_01: That's when I know I left, but I'm almost positive. SPEAKER_01: I guess I shouldn't say that. SPEAKER_01: I don't know for sure when they left because again, I was probably still intoxicated. SPEAKER_01: I would say I think it's around 09:30 to ten ish. SPEAKER_00: But you set your alarm for 8PM? SPEAKER_01: Yes. SPEAKER_01: I know that for sure. SPEAKER_01: We all set our alarm for 8PM. SPEAKER_01: I'm just gonna look at when I turn this assignment in. SPEAKER_00: Let's see. SPEAKER_00: What's the date? SPEAKER_00: It would have been the twelfth. SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: The twelfth. SPEAKER_01: So I turned my assignment in at 10:12. SPEAKER_01: So then I get yeah. SPEAKER_01: They must have gone before around 09:30, before ten because it took me about twenty minutes to do this assignment. SPEAKER_00: Were you in the house alone? SPEAKER_01: No. SPEAKER_01: Kaylee was upstairs in her room. SPEAKER_01: She was getting ready for the club. SPEAKER_01: One of her friends came over. SPEAKER_01: I can't remember her name, I met her a few times. SPEAKER_01: She's super nice. SPEAKER_01: They were upstairs hanging out, and she they were all getting ready. SPEAKER_01: I got ready and I was like, okay. SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna go over a sig I left. SPEAKER_01: If I turn this in, I got ready. SPEAKER_01: So it means I probably left around 10:30. SPEAKER_00: What was the class assignment you were turning in? SPEAKER_01: It's psychology two fifteen. SPEAKER_00: Did you have a deadline at midnight or something? SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: That's when I had, Well, I guess it's supposed be turned in Friday, so I was trying to turn it in. SPEAKER_00: To get some SPEAKER_01: credit? SPEAKER_01: Yes. SPEAKER_01: Some credit at least. SPEAKER_00: So you think you left SPEAKER_01: at 10:30? SPEAKER_01: Because I had to get ready. SPEAKER_01: This assignment obviously turned in 10:12. SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna say around 10:30 is when I left. SPEAKER_00: When you left, who was in the house? SPEAKER_01: Kaylee, I I believe, and I know Kaylee was for sure, and I don't fully remember if her friend was still there. SPEAKER_01: I What's name again? SPEAKER_01: I don't remember her name. SPEAKER_01: She's super nice. SPEAKER_01: I'm with her. SPEAKER_01: I mean, she's an like, I'm I'm not, like, close close to her, but I know of her and she's super nice. SPEAKER_01: Just can't remember her name. SPEAKER_01: So my house is, like, a 2 Minute walk. SPEAKER_01: Like, it's right in front of our house pretty much across the street up the little green hill. SPEAKER_01: I guess you would know. SPEAKER_01: As I was walking there, the Whites apart the Whites apartment, like, parking lot between I guess, parking lot between the street and the whites. SPEAKER_01: I was walking down there and saw Maddie and she was holding a box of white cloth, I believe. SPEAKER_01: And as she was walking, I like, oh, like, where are you going? SPEAKER_01: Like, are SPEAKER_00: you not staying? SPEAKER_00: She goes, no. SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna SPEAKER_01: go to club with Katie. SPEAKER_01: I was like, oh, okay. SPEAKER_01: Well, have fun. SPEAKER_01: I don't know when they left. SPEAKER_01: I didn't go home. SPEAKER_01: I just went tricks and SPEAKER_02: Real quick. SPEAKER_02: The route you took to the did you go down to Pee And Cross or just SPEAKER_01: a short time? SPEAKER_01: You know those little stairs that's in between the like, the tiny little stairs that's next to the Whites. SPEAKER_01: Yeah. SPEAKER_01: Those tiny stairs. SPEAKER_01: I walked down that, wa
