CONCLUSIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS:

Results from presumptive chemical tests performed on Items 23 and 24 indicated the presence of blood.

Items 29.1, 29.2, 29.3, 30, and 31.1 were examined only for the purpose of sampling for DNA analysis.

Item 31.2 was not examined.

DISPOSITION OF EVIDENCE:

Items 23, 29.1, 29.2, 29.3, 30, 31.1, and a portion of Item 24 were forwarded for DNA analysis. Results will follow in a separate report. All remaining items and the empty packaging for Items 23, 29, and 30 have been returned to the main laboratory evidence vault pending DNA analysis.
