Assuming a two person mixture, Male E (Item 87.1, See Report 17, issued 12/28/2022) is excluded as a contributor to this DNA mixture. The DNA profile previously obtained from Item 6.1 (See Report 7, issued 11/23/2022) indicates a mixture of DNA. Assuming a two person mixture, Male E is excluded as a contributor to this DNA mixture. The DNA profile previously obtained from Item 9.1 (See Report 7, issued 11/23/2022) indicates a mixture of DNA with a major profile. Assuming a two person mixture, Male E is excluded as a contributor to this DNA mixture. The DNA profile previously obtained from Item 10.1 (See Report 7, issued 11/23/2022) indicates a mixture of DNA with a major profile. Assuming a two person mixture, Male E is excluded as a contributor to this DNA mixture. The DNA profile previously obtained from Item 13.1 (See Report 7, issued 11/23/2022) indicates a mixture of DNA, assumed to be from three individuals, with a major profile. Based on the likelihood ratio result 0.0176, it is inconclusive whether Male E is a potential contributor to this DNA profile. The DNA profile previously obtained from Item 23 (See Report 13, issued 12/17/2022) indicates a mixture of DNA with a major profile. Assuming a two person mixture, Male E is excluded as a contributor to this DNA mixture. The DNA profile previously obtained from Item 30 (See Report 13, issued 12/17/2022) indicates a mixture of DNA, assumed to be from three individuals, with a major profile. Male E is not the source of the major male DNA profile from this item. Due to the low level results and limited data, no conclusions can be made regarding the minor contributors. The DNA profiles previously obtained from Items 37.1 and 37.2 (See Report 13, issued 12/17/2022) were determined to be from the same unknown male. Male E is not the source of the DNA profiles from these items. The partial DNA profile previously obtained from Item 40.1 (See Report 13, issued 12/17/2022) was determined to be from an unknown male. Male E is not the source of the DNA profile from this item. The partial DNA profile previously obtained from Item 40.4 (See Report 13, issued 12/17/2022) indicates a mixture of DNA with a major profile. Assuming a two person mixture, Male E is not the source of the major male DNA profile from this item. Due to the low level results and limited data, no conclusions can be made regarding the minor contributor. No DNA testing was performed on Items 57 through 65, 66.1, 67.1 through 67.5, 68.1, and 69.1 at this time.
