EVIDENCE DESCRIPTION:

Items 66, 68 and 69 were previously processed for latent prints by Tina Walthall; refer to the processing report for details.

Item IEP: said to contain " 18 LLCs (6 lifts from item 66, 8 lifts from item 68, & 4 lifts from item 69) ".

CONCLUSIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS:

The examination process was started for latent prints 66.1, 66.2, 66.3, 66.4, 66.5, 66.6, 66.7, 66.8, 66.9, 66.10, 66.11, 66.12, 66.13, 68.1, 68.2, 68.3, 68.4, 68.5, 68.6, 68.7, 68.8, 68.9, 68.10, 68.11, 68.12, 69.1, 69.2. 69.3, 69.4, 69.5, 69.6, 69.7, 69.8 and 69.9.

Latent prints 66.3, 66.9, 68.10 and 69.5 were entered and searched through the Multi-Modal Biometric Identification System (MBIS) where no likely candidates were generated.

Latent print analysis and comparison was discontinued at the request of the submitting agency. If additional analysis or comparison is needed, please contact the laboratory.

DISPOSITION OF EVIDENCE:

Latent prints were marked and preserved. Digital images used for analysis and / or comparison are being retained by ISP Forensic Services.
