Item 98 (Agency Exh. 22M-2140): two exemplars bearing the name █████████████████████ (98.1 and 98.2).

Item 109 (Agency Exh. 23M-0077): twelve exemplars bearing the name Bryan Kohberger (109.1-109.12).

CONCLUSIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS:

Latent prints were previously examined for comparable ridge detail.

Latent prints L5 and L6 are of value for comparison.

Latent print L6 is not suitable for Multi-Modal Biometric Identification System (MBIS) inquiry.

Latent print L5 was previously searched through MBIS where no likely candidates were generated.

Latent ██████████████████ prints of value were analyzed and compared to the known exemplars bearing the name ██████

Laboratory Case Number: M2022-4843 Report No.: 27 INCE in the table above indicates that the comparison is inconclusive to the available exemplars. The inconclusive result is due to a lack of quantity / quality of detail in the known exemplars and / or incomplete known exemplars with which to compare. In order to complete the comparison portion of this examination, it is requested that a quality set of fingerprints be submitted for ███████████████████
Item 109 was not used in this assignment, see previous reports for further information.

Additional exemplars are requested of ███████████████████████████████ and any other persons that were present in the residence on 11/13/22.

DISPOSITION OF EVIDENCE:

Latent prints were marked and preserved. Digital images used for analysis and / or comparison are being retained by ISP Forensic Services.

Items 98 and 109 will be returned to the submitting agency.
